Generating of glazings in a dialog box

Glasgenerator

Use the button "LENGTH OVERALL" to get the dimension directly from the drawing. The option "Generate block" can be used to change several equal glazing objects.

It is possible to generate glazing foils in the glass panes. The foil thickness needs to be defined in SYSCAD VARIABLE / LIST > glass. The segmentation of the foils in the glass pane is to be defined from the outside to the inside. With the information "2F2F" in the field of the glazing foil SYSCAD draws a foil at 2mm, 4mm and 6mm in the inner pane. The digits define the distance. The character "F" defines, that a foil should be drawn.

The parameter \P inserts a line break into the denomination of the glazing.

The field "Selection" offers variants that have been saved already. Type in the name of the definition file here. "Save settings" saves your definition to this name. The glazing is saved in the Fillings directory. Make sure the names does not contain any blanks, commas etc.

 

The command join glazing  join glazing is build for joining 2 disconnected glasses.

choose objects: b_enter

 

The dialogbox of the Glass generator appears.

With OK is the glass connected.

 

 

The command align glazing align glazing is build  for aligning 2 glasses.

Command:

choose objects: Click at Point 1

 

choose objects: Click at Point 2

 

choose objects: b_enter

 

select objects to be aligned too: Choose the complete right section

 

choose objects: b_enter

 

Join glazing ? Yes

 

Glaslength min: <110.00>: z.B. 500

 

The dialogbox of the Glass generator appears.

With OK is the glass aligned and connected.

 

 


 

The command stretch glazing stretch glazing is build  for stretching glasses in the original direction.

Command:

choose objects: Click at Point 1

 

choose objects: Click at Point 2

 

 

New Glaslength <500.0>:   700 b_enter

 

 

The function of the program in the same as working with the normal CAD-Command STRETCH.

 

 

 

 

 

The command divide glazing divide glazing is build for exploding glasses and join them to a group. From the version 2012 and upwards, you're able to doubleclick glasses that were drawn as groups.
