The 3D bars list in the drawing command 3D-Table List in Drawing draws the selected profiles on the current UCS in the horizontal view. These profiles can be dimensioned manually afterwards.

 

 

The 3D position within the DWG command 3D cut list position in drawing creates a parts list in WCS.
