Example curtain wall

This example shows how to draw a curtain wall by means of SYSCAD ®. It is shown how to create a centre line grid, how to use the commands MULLION and TRANSOM, how to process connections, and how to fill the facade fields with windows, doors and fixed lights.

Description:

Curtain Wall HUECK HARTMANN VF50RR with single leaf door (opening out), two tilt and turn windows and fixed lights.

Profile numbers and glass thickness are to be taken from the elevation.

This example should demonstrate the following:

•        How to create a centre line grid.

•        How to draw a profile.

•        How to place fillings within the elevation.

•        How to define pressure plates and face caps.

•        How to define transom connections.
