With the program "Glazing" Glazing, existing profiles (blocks) can be glazed independent of size or rotation angle. You can also insert profiles and glaze it. (for different glazing beads see SYSCAD-Variable / Glazing)

Glazing of existing profiles:

After the program call, click on the profile to be glazed. A message is displayed saying for example "profile <620120> has been selected". In case the profile  has got several glazing possibilities, the side for the glazing needs to be defined. A red arrow flags the side to be glazed. Use the left mouse button to flip through the variations available. Confirm your selection with the right mouse button.

Select the respective glazing from the following dialog box.

The program determines the correct combination of profile and gasket and inserts it into the drawing. The used profiles are listed for a user check up.

Insert profile and glaze by entering the profile number:

If the "Select profile" message is  confirmed withb_enter, the profile number (e.g. 720600) can be entered using the keypad.

Press b_enterto confirm the request "Vitrify profile <720600><J>" and define the insertion point. The dialogue box for filling selection then appears.

The programme determines the profile and seal combination and inserts it into the drawing.

Glass bevels can be created automatically. It is also possible to join the edges of the glass with a block. Can be set in the SYSCAD variable / Attachment-Details / Glass. If you leave the variable for the edge seal empty, the familiar filling cross is inserted. Otherwise the block with the respective name. You can find the blocks for your customisations in the SYSCAD directory under Templates.
