Modification

You can change the formatting of the Excel sheets of the cut list.

Please note:

Always create a backup of the active prototype first.

It is advisable to be familiar with the basic functions of Microsoft Excel before you altering the prototypes.

Fundamental:

The values entered into the Excel template by SYSCAD are managed via NAMES.

Modification of column width, text alignment, character height, color or font:

Mark the cells and modify the parameters.

Alter the column order:

Mark the cells and move them. To avoid overwriting other cells, just "park" the cells in an empty area.

Delete columns:

It is possible to delete the cell content and NAME or

to hide cells or set the color to WHITE

Please observe:

It is no problem to move named areas into other tables. It is not possible to copy.

We recommend to rename the provided Excel templates and to register the file names in the dialog box CUT LIST at SYSCAD VARIABLE.

It is to assure that your modifications of the template are kept with an SYSCAD update.
