This program can be used to enter information about your drawing as well as your order into a dialog box and rewrite it into the drawing.

These data are provided for title blocks and the parts list. The order is calculated with the defined colors. Colors differing from the main color of the order can be assigned with the Profile supplement at WALL CONNECTION.

Order information

The function "INSERT TITLE BLOCK" the first title block containing your presetting is inserted. sfeld_insert

Use the dialog box SYSCAD VARIABLE / DRAWING LAYOUTS to define two customized drawing titles (pre-definition SYSCAD-KOPF).

Please change this title block according to your requirements. Place the text in squared brackets in your title block to fill in these fields by using the function "TEXT BLOCK FILL" sfeld_write . To do so please insert the drawing SYSCAD-KOPF.DWG into your title block. Select the title block you like to process. You can  design your title block in the model space or in the layout space differently.

If you want to create more than one title block in the model space, the field "Layout" must be kept empty. When filling in the title blocks you are asked about the respective position.

As of version SYSCAD 2009, attributes can also be used in the title block. The drawing SYSCAD_KOPF01.DWG in the SYSCAD directory under Template serves as an example. To do this, please click on Yes in SYSCAD-VARIABLE / LIST / Title block / Title block with attributes.

With the button Open substitution files "open Substitute file" you get the dialogue box for article substitution in the parts list:

Alternative: Ribbon: SYSCAD-20XX -> Config -> Open substitution files

Substitution

The definition files for the substitution must be created at the respective supplier in the DATEN/SUBST directory.

Example for the structure of the sco-ALG01.sub file:

// Substitution file

// #BD = description of the substitution file

// #D1 Dianame1 = picture left

// #D2 Dianame2 = picture on the right

// #V1 203101 #V2 203102 // Parts #V1 are replaced by #V2 in the parts list

#BD G.BEAD CLIP for colour coating

#D1 203101

#D2 203102

#V1 203101 #V2 203102

Number substitutions on articles that are only taken into account in the customer compound list do not affect the previously determined price in the order list. As an example, replacing the PT bars at Schüco with PA bars does not lead to an adjustment of the price.

Own articles can also be used with the following logic:

#V1 203101 #V2 12345678 #BZ Test part #PE 2.10

#BZ = designation

#PE = price

With the command "Substitutional file block exchange". Swap Substitution File Block the items defined in the substitution files can also be substituted in the drawing.

With the command "Insert content of substitutional file". Insert Substitution File Contentsthese substitutions can be tested in a drawing. Both variants are inserted next to each other.

As of version 2016, the attributes can also be named differently with the help of a translation table (file Auftragsinfo_attribute.txt in the template directory).

The respective first entry is the SYSCAD attribute. The second entry is the attribute name to be used.

e.g. POSINDEX_MASSTAB=PLAN_MASSTAB

The following graphic shows the SYSCAD attributes.

The following attributes can be used in the title block and show the last stamd:

"POSINDEX_NAME_LAST", "POSINDEX_DATE_LAST", "POSINDEX_AEND_LAST".
