SYSCAD  2026 (July 2026)

New commands and features:

•"Change membrane radius"and "Delete membrane radius" to modify one or more radii in membranes.

•"KGL_3D_TEILEN2" for creating divisions similar to the 2D command "Part and Insert with edge distance"

•With the command "LOGIKAL 3D L2B", the view can now be selected from the XML file or the OBJ file containing the fittings.

•Special components in the form of sheet metal panels can now also be generated automatically as 3D objects. Please do not hesitate to contact us if required.

•The "XLS 2 elevation" command allows window lists to be automatically inserted as auxiliary grids.

•The button has been added to the "Compositions Manager".

Changes:

•"ARX Lettering" : Can now also be nested within blocks.  Attention!!!! If changes are made to the block, the ARX Lettering is not automatically updated.

 Command line: select objects or <Return> for labeling in block

•"Edge glazing": – Thicknesses such as 2 [ANS] are now also taken into account (previously only 2; this was already possible for "standard" glazing)

•Properties:                Membrane properties are now saved for the respective film type

                 Properties for sheet metal are saved in the respective template file.

•Discount groups: Change from 2-digit to 3-digit. IMPORTANT! In all previous versions (< SYSCAD 2026), it is not possible to use 3-digit discount groups. Please feel free to contact us regarding this.

•Command: "Delete point" You can now delete points from multiple objects.

•"ARX Lettering" : The ARX labelling and guide line are now aligned with the current BKS. The BKS can be rotated or moved anywhere in the room.

•Command: "Sheet Projection" now also works in any coordinate system. Prerequisite: the objects and the coordinate system must be in the same plane.

•Command: "Text / Hatching in Fill" : if "*" is specified, the glass name is written into the fill.

•Command: "3D Filling" Command-line options have been revised.

Error correction:

•Help link for the "Cut list for order" dialogue box corrected.

•Help link for the "Part and Insert with edge distance" dialogue box corrected.

•Command: "Clone Block" In AutoCAD 2025 and 2026, an extra line was generated by mistake.

•"Sheet projection" Object snaps are reactivated after the command is exited.

New settings in the SYSCAD variable:

•SYSCAD variable: List / Glass list / Show glass name. The glass name can be displayed in the programmes "Glass info in view", "Glass list order form" and "Glass list M 1:1".
